Drive on the Nebo Loop,Utah, Saturday, August, 2008

This is a map of the Nebo Scenic Loop, with end points in Payson Canyon to the North and a few miles east of Nephi on the South. I met Irma Villasana and Lerida Casanova at the Oakhills 8th Ward Chapel at 8:45 a.m., we picked up Ashley Bastian at her home, and drove to the Oak Hills 8th Ward Campout at Blackhawk Campground in Payson Canyon. After visiting with friends at the campground, a group of us then proceeded on a drive along the Nebo Loop, heading South toward the Nephi endpoint. We had originally planned to find a hiking trail in the area, but I had twisted my left foot running on Thursday. Those on the drive were Irma, Lerida, Dora Torres, and myself.
