Western Watts building, formerly the business and operators' office for Mountain Bell telephone. This building is located near the southeast corner of Main and Center street in Logan.

Barbara is pointing to the former location of the side entrance whereby operators entered the building. To gain entrance, they had to use a coded door buzzer sequence.
